HAVEN CB is a full service property management company founded by Apryl Zimmer. Her years of combined experience in Hospitality, HOA Administration and Property Management, sets her apart. Through HAVEN, she aims to provide customized services and experiences for her clients. This includes property management, housekeeping, maintenance, concierge assistance, and rental management.

Who is Apryl?

She is a bulldog parent, to start.

Apryl worked as the Homeowner Liaison for Crested Butte Mountain Resort. She was the primary contact for over 400 homeowners and 7 Homeowner Associations. While in this position, she balanced communication between general managers, accounting, engineering, and housekeeping. It was her responsibility to tackle any issues and follow through with their solutions. Her favorite part of this role was connecting with the people she served, and providing an excellent experience for homeowner stays.
